An Eddyville man and woman were taken to the hospital after a two-vehicle wreck in Princeton Monday afternoon.
Assistant Princeton Police Chief Shane Allison reports officers were sent to the collision at the intersection fo U.S. 62 West and Walmart Drive shortly after 3 p.m.
According to Allison, the investigation revealed 60-year old Sharlene Sanders of Eddyville was attempting to turn left out of Walmart and pulled out in front of a westbound car on U.S. 62 driven by 74-year old Thomas Joyce.
Joyce and his passenger, 77-year-old Joyce Joyce were transported by AmeriPro EMS to Caldwell Medical Center for treatment of possible injuries.
The Princeton Fire Department assited police on the scene.
