A Flood Watch has been issued by the National Weather Service in Paducah for western Kentucky from late Friday night through late Saturday night.
Heavy rainfall of two to four inches, with isolated spots up to five inches, is expected. This could lead to flash flooding in low-lying and flood-prone areas. Forecasters add that everyone needs to stay updated on weather forecasts and be ready to act if warnings are issued.
