During National FFA Week we are sharing information about FFA and the agriculture classes the students are taking in the local school system.
Over the years FFA has stayed true to the standards, ideas, and practices that were in place from the beginning but there also have been a lot of changes in the program. There are many more needs and options the students need to be exposed to and have experience in to be able to prosper and strive in the employment world today. The agriculture classes and FFA have tried to embrace those changes and offer newer classes than students had in past years.
Caldwell FFA Advisor Magen Woods shares about one of those changes in her small animal classes and you might be surprised what the high school students are learning.
