A Fredonia man faces multiple charges, including drug possession, after law enforcement responded to reports of a possible intoxicated driver on KY 1943 in Lyon County Friday afternoon.
According to Sheriff Brent White, deputies located the vehicle and its driver, 47-year-old Dustin Fraliex in a gravel area off of KY 1943 around 4:30 p.m.
Following an investigation, Fraliex was taken into custody and charged with driving on a DUI suspended license, criminal trespassing and possession of meth. He was lodged in the Crittenden County Detention Center.
