
A Princeton man was arrested on a warrant and drug possession after a weekend disturbance at a local motel.
According to Assistant Princeton Police Chief Shane Allison, officers were sent to the disturbance at Stratton Inn around 11:00 Saturday night and made contact with 40-year-old Bobby Cain, who had an active McCracken County Bench Warrant for probation violation for a felony offense.
When Cain was arrested, officeres said they located a makeshift drug kit containing a glass pipe with residue, a straw with residue, and a plastic baggie of suspected meth. Allison reported that Cain has a prior conviction for this same offense in 2023 out of McCracken County.
Cain was lodged in the Caldwell County Jail on charges of first-degree possession of a controlled substance – meth, 2nd offense, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
