A Princeton man was arrested last week on charges of stalking and terroristic threatening.
Assistant Princeton Police Chief Shane Allison reported that around 4:45 Friday afternoon, 59-year-old David Rogers was arrested on a warrant on charges of second-degree stalking, third-degree terroristic threatening, and violation of a Kentucky EPO.
According to police, the charges stem from an investigation where Rogers was alleged to have exhibited multiple targeted harassing behaviors toward the victim, both before and after an emergency protection order was placed in effect. Police said some of these events were recorded on video. Police also reported Rogers allegedly threatened to shoot the victim at their place of employment.
Rogers was lodged in the Caldwell County Jail.
