Caldwell Regional Career Center Students Win 1st Place with Hand-Built Guitar

When you hear about the Carpentry Class offered at Caldwell Regional Career Center, you might think about students building tables, shelves or maybe even birdhouses, but 3 students recently took on the project of building a guitar.

The results were them winning 1st place in the regional competition held at Murray State University.

Aidian Hensley, Gavin Vinson and Joseph Slaton built it in the classroom before taking it to Murray to be judged. Hensley feels the Career Center is a great place to express your interest and talents.
