A Princeton man was taken to the hospital after a one-vehicle wreck in Caldwell County Thursday morning.
According to Caldwell County Sheriff Don Weedman, the wreck occurred on KY 672, about 9.3 miles east of Princeton. He reported that 34-year-old Hans Chaney was driving southbound near the intersection of Alexander Road, when he swerved to avoid a deer on the road, causing him to lose control of his pickup truck and go into a ditch.
Chaney was transported by AmeriPro EMS to Caldwell Medical Center due to his injuries.
Princeton Fire and Rescue team assisted the sheriff’s office at the scene.
