Princeton Man Charged with Drug Possession after Dispute

A Princeton man was arrested on drug possession charges after a dispute Saturday night.

According to Assistant Princeton Police Chief Shane Allision, officers responded to 211 North Eagle Street shortly before 10:30 Saturday night for a civil dispute. When officers were invited inside the residence, they reportedly saw marijuana, suspected meth, and drug paraphernalia in plain view.

35-year-old Robert Stucker was arrested after police said he admitted the items belonged to him. He was lodged in the Caldwell County Jail on charges of first-degree possession of a controlled substance – meth, 2nd offense, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
