Rebecca White, 55, of Princeton

Rebecca Sue “Becki” White, age 55, of Princeton, was a beloved mother, devoted grandmother, and cherished friend, passed away on March 25, 2025, in Princeton, Kentucky, leaving a profound impact on all those who had the privilege of knowing her. Born on February 3, 1970, in Mattoon, Illinois, Becki embodied a vibrant spirit that touched the hearts of many throughout her life.

A believer in her Christian faith, Becki lived her life with an unwavering commitment to her beliefs and values. Her warmth and compassion resonated with all who encountered her; she was a beacon of light in times of darkness, offering comfort and encouragement to those in need.

Becki relished in the company of her family, taking immense pride in her role as a mother and grandmother. Her husband, Brian White of Marion, was her partner in life, sharing countless joys and challenges together. She is survived by her two sons, Cody White (Sam) of Marion and Chadlee White of Princeton, and her beloved daughters Kylee Marie White of Marion and Courtney White. Additionally, Becki is remembered by her mother, Dorothy Knollenberg of Mattoon, IL. Her legacy of love extends further through her grandchildren, Xavier Oster, Whitney White, Colton White, Emilee White, and Jordyn White, who brought immeasurable joy to her life.

Becki had a special connection with her brother, Rudy Knollenberg of Mattoon, IL, and her sister, Sarah Stodden (Melvin) of Sigel, IL. They shared laughter, support, and the joys of family life. Although her father, Rudy Knollenberg, has passed on, Becki’s memories of him live on in the stories they shared and the lessons he imparted.

In her free time, Becki was often found embracing her passions, whether it was riding horses—her dear companions Dolly and Dixie—or relishing the simple pleasure of spending time at the beach. Her dog Rebel was more than just a pet; he was a cherished member of her family, filling her days with love and companionship.

As we bid farewell to Becki, we celebrate her life—a life characterized by love, faith, and a commitment to family. She will be greatly missed, but her spirit will remain eternally in the hearts of those who loved her.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Goodman Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
