Caldwell Band Boosters Unveil Plans for Upcoming Follies Program

The Caldwell County Band Boosters has announced the “Follies” will be returning again this year.

This program was first presented back in the 70s and was on stage in the Butler building. It was a hometown variety show that featured many acts from the community allowing local residents to showcase their talents.

Band Director Mason Henry shared about the upcoming program:

Henry explained what the Follies are and what is featured.

Henry stressed he would love to have a lot of community involvement and acts in the show. It doesn’t matter what your talent is, he encourages anyone to contact him and get your act signed up.

He also added there will be several band students displaying their talents during the show.

Tickets will be sold at the door and Henry noted the cost per ticket.

Henry also announced there is another fundraiser for the local band program planned for May.

Henry would like for anyone interested in performing in the Follies to contact him by the end of this week. All proceeds from the Follies go to support the local band programs.
