Princeton Public Works Superintendent Chris Pool announced on Friday morning that two streets have been indefinitely closed because of flood damage to the bridges.
According to Pool, North Franklin Street is indefinitely closed to through traffic between East Locust Street and East Shephardson Street. However, he said residents on the East Locust Street side will still have access to their homes from the East Locust Street side.
Furthermore, Pool reported that North Hawthorne, from East Market to East Locust streets, is indefinitely closed to through traffic. He said that residents on the Market Street side can access their homes from Market Street, while those on the East Locust Street side can reach their homes from the East Locust Street side.
