A Princeton resident was charged last week after a theft investigation at a Lyon County business.
Lyon County Sheriff Brent White reports that 35-year-old Courtney Bennett was charged with theft by unlawful taking over $10,000 but under $1 million.
According to Sheriff White, they began a felony theft investigation on April 14th at a Kuttawa business. He said the investigation revealed that Bennett stole over $11,777 from the business while employed there.
