A Princeton man who was arrested on a warrant has also been charged with possessing meth and other offenses.
Princeton Police Chief Chris King reports 43-year old Russell C. Hutchinson was taken into custody on a Caldwell County probation violation warrant shortly after 11:30 Thursday morning. He says Hutchinson was also found in possession of drugs, paraphernalia, and a set of brass knuckles.
Hutchinson was subsequently charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) 2nd offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, and violation of conditions of release. He was lodged in the Caldwell County Jail.
