The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet has announced a contractor will begin asphalt resurfacing activities in Webster County beginning Tuesday for a section of US 41.
According to District 2 spokeswoman Keirsten Jaggers, the asphalt resurfacing that begins Tuesday will be between Breton Road and East Bank Street.
Jaggers says motorists can anticipate paving operations on Thursday and Friday.
Flagging operations will be on site for traffic control throughout these activities.
Jaggers indicates the contractor will place rock shoulders at a later date.
