Mark Neal/Crittenden County Jail mugshot

A suspicious person complaint at a Kuttawa business led to the arrest of a Grayson County man on multiple charges.
Lyon County Sheriff Brent White reports Deputy Seth P’Pool responded to the complaint at the Days Inn Drive shortly before 1:00 Monday afternoon, July 18th. He says Deputy P’Pool located 52-year old Mark A. Neal of Big Clifty across the road at Huck’s Travel Center where he was taken into custody.
Neal was charged with public intoxication, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) 2nd offense, and tampering with physical evidence. In addition, Sheriff White says Neal was served with a Hardin Circuit Court complaint warrant for third-degree burglary and theft over $1,000 but under $10,000. Neal was lodged in the Crittenden County Jail.
