The Caldwell County Primary School will host an open house Thursday afternoon from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
The Primary School houses around 400 students in Kindergarten through 2nd grade plus the district pre-school program with another 120 students.
Danny Bean who is starting his 6th year as the principal said they have already welcomed several students to the school.

click to download audioPrincipal Bean added that Chelsea Hopper has joined the staff and will be working in Kindergarten. Regular school hours are from 7:35 a.m. to 2:40 p.m. with the doors opening at 7:10 a.m.
