The Caldwell County Middle School is operating with new leadership this year under the direction of Tim Roy.
This is his first year at Caldwell County but he has a long history of administration.

[1] Safety includes the safety of the students and staff. [2] Engagement wanting to include the staff, community and students in the operation of the school. [3] Leadership in strongly believing in developing leaders and giving opportunities for others to lead. He says we need more leaders and less followers.
Mason Henry begins his 6th year in teaching and feels the middle school has an outstanding staff ready to greet the students this year.

click to download audioNew staff this years includes Pollyann Kimmel as the full-time curriculum coordinator, Emily Abbott in 7th grade, Jennifer Bowles as Art teacher and Rebecca Robards in the newly created choir program. The middle school houses grades 6 through 8 with around 425 students.
