Kuttawa Man Charged With Possessing Meth, Pills And Illegal Ammo


A Kuttawa man on probation was arrested last week after he was found in possession of drugs and illegal ammunition.
33-year old Taylor Glass was taken into custody Thursday afternoon, October 20, around 2:40 by Lyon County Chief Deputy Sam Adams following an investigation requested by the Kentucky Probation and Parole Office. The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office was requested for assistance by parole officers due to community complaints regarding Glass, who was on felony supervised probation out of Lyon Circuit Court.
Glass was reportedly found in possession of suspected methamphetamine, various types of pills, drug paraphernalia and illegal ammunition. He was charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) 2nd offense, second-degree possession of a controlled substance, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, illegal possession of a Legend Drug, possession of drug paraphernalia, and prescription controlled substance not in a proper container. He was lodged in the Crittenden County Jail.
Sheriff White indicates the investigation is continuing, and evidence was collected by the sheriff’s office which may result in additional charges against Glass.
Kentucky Probation and Parole, and Homeland Security Investigators assisted the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office with this investigation.
