Pets Killed And Princeton House Destroyed In Fire


Some pets perished in a fire that destroyed a Princeton home Sunday night.

Fire Chief Brent Francis tells the News Edge firefighters responded to 105 McNary Street on the corner of Main Street shortly after 7:15 p.m.

He says some pets perished in the fire that they suspect started in a furnace.


click to download audioAccording to Chief Francis, the Fredonia Fire Department provided assistance and covered the city while firefighters battled the blaze.
Firefighters remained on the scene for about 2.5 hours.
