‘A Walk Through Bethlehem’ Returns To Cedar Bluff Baptist Church


“A Walk Through Bethlehem” will return to Cedar Bluff Baptist Church next weekend after it was canceled the last couple of years due to the tornado and COVID.

Brother Mark Faughn says it’s been two or three years since the church held the event.


click to download audio“A Walk Through Bethlehem” will be held on December 10th and 11th but it will be set up behind the church instead of in front of the church this year.


click to download audioAccording to Bro. Faughn, the “A Walk Through Bethlehem” tells the story of Jesus Christ and the meaning of Christmas.

click to download audioIt’s free for the public to attend, however, he said they do ask for donated Bibles or monetary donations to go toward the church’s Bible Drive but it’s not required.

This year, Bro. Faughn indicates their goal is 22,000 Bibles. As of this week, he noted they are about 8,000 Bibles shy of that goal before the end of the year. He indicates they have sent over 100,000 donated Bibles to people in need worldwide.
