A Lyon County man has been arrested and charged with sexual abuse.
Sheriff Brent White says deputies responded to a report of sexual abuse shortly before 9:00 on Saturday night, December 31.
After an investigation by Deputy Jeremy Hillyard and Deputy Joe Witherspoon, a 77-year old Kuttawa man was taken into custody and charged with first-degree sexual abuse. He was lodged in the Crittenden County Detention Center.
