Two Princeton men were indicted for drug trafficking by the Caldwell County Grand Jury during its January 9th session.
A true bill was returned on 22-year old Jameer D. Riley for trafficking marijuana and mushrooms with both charges firearm enhanced by complicity. He was also indicted on charges of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, second-degree fleeing and evading police, possession of drug paraphernalia by complicity, and second-degree persistent felony offender.
22-year old Juan Rosale was indicted on charges of trafficking marijuana and mushrooms with both offenses firearm enhanced by complicity. Additionally, he was indicted for possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, and possession of drug paraphernalia by complicity.
The charges stem from November of last year when an anonymous tip resulted in Princeton Police, the Pennyrile Narcotics Task Force and Probation and Parole officers being called to a home on Citizens Court. During a search, law enforcement found processed marijuana, mushroom edibles, marijuana edibles, and marijuana vaping cartridges with a street value of $500,000. Along with the drugs, officers reportedly seized over $68,000 in cash and two firearms.
Riley remains lodged in the Caldwell County Jail on a $20,000 cash bond. Rosales was released from jail on November 11th after he posted a $25,000 cash bond.
