Two Lyon County Students Charged With Threatening Witness

Two students in Lyon County have been charged with allegedly threatening a witness in a criminal complaint investigation.
Around 11:40 Friday morning, Sheriff Brent White says School Resource Officer Deputy Jason Young charged the two high school students — ages 14 and 15 years old — with intimidating a participant in a legal process, a Class D felony.
The two teens are accused of harassing and making threats to a witness in an earlier criminal complaint investigated by the school resource officer. Sheriff White says the incident was witnessed by several students and corroborated by video evidence.
