Authorities have issued a golden alert for a 76-year old Union County.
According to Union County Emergency Management officials, James “Jim” Nicholson has dementia and was last seen at his residence on Shiloh Road in Morganfield. Officials say he was possibly wearing a brown Carhart jacket and brown sock cap.
Officials indicate he is possibly driving a silver 2016 Chevrolet Impala with license plate number 108ZRK. The car also has a front license plate that says McCully’s in orange writing.
Authorities say Nicholson has ties to Benton, Evansville, Indiana and southern Illinois. Union County EMA asked anyone that has seen Nicholson or his car to call 911.
