Amanda Davenport, from Kentucky Cornerstone and Lake Barkley Partnership for Economic Development, has announced a collaboration of economic development organizations from Western Kentucky to promote the region as an ideal location for industrial prospects near electric vehicle battery production centers in Kentucky and Tennessee.
click to download audioBy spotlighting the region’s manufacturing capabilities, logistics network, and proximity to electric battery plants, as well as its quality of life, such as its outdoor recreational activities and cultural attractions, Kentucky Cornerstone is set to offer a comprehensive view of the region’s strengths.
Kentucky Cornerstone’s promotion will include a variety of marketing efforts, including trade shows, website promotion, and targeted advertising. Davenport says they will also be working with local, state, and national organizations to promote the region as a whole.
