Hopkinsville will soon be home to a Chipotle.
Annie Gradinger, an external communications person from the company, confirmed to Your News Edge Wednesday morning that the location is scheduled to open at “some point this summer.”
Shaub Construction out of Brentwood, Tennessee, posted on Facebook that they would be constructing the new restaurant at 3100 Fort Campbell Boulevard. The site was formally the home to Humes Jewelers, now located across the street at 2935-A Fort Campbell Boulevard.
Chipotle is an American chain of fast-casual restaurants specializing in bowls, tacos, and Mission burritos made to order in front of the customer. The business was founded in July of 1993 in Denver, Colorado.
