Caldwell Extension Office Welcomes New SNAP-Ed Agent


The Caldwell County Cooperative Extension Office has some upcoming programs and events for this month, as well as a new member that has joined its staff.
Family and Consumer Services Agent Ashley Board says Robin Jackson is the new SNAP-Education Agent for the UK Cooperative Extension Office. Jackson says she looks forward to meeting everyone in the community but she still has a lot to learn before she can hold classes.

click to download audioAs far as programs and events coming up this month, Board says she will be at the George Coon Public Library next Tuesday morning at 10:00 for Story, Songs, and Stretches which is geared toward preschool-aged children 5 and under.


click to download audioAnother event for preschool-aged children is Laugh & Learn coming up next Friday morning at 10:00 with pre-registration required.


click to download audioOn Monday, April 24th, Board will be at the Seniors Center on Eagle Street in Princeton.
