The Kentucky Motor Vehicle Licensing system is back operating on this Friday, which is allowing County Clerk’s offices across the state to process motor vehicle licenses.
Clerks reported the good news Friday morning following a shutdown of the system on Thursday that left clerks and deputies unable to carry out any of their vehicle licensing functions. Many offices across the state closed early due to the inability to perform their duties because of the outage.
