A Kuttawa man was transported to the hospital after a single-vehicle wreck in Lyon County last week.
Sheriff Brent White reports the wreck occurred on Old Kuttawa Road shortly after 10:30 Wednesday morning when 69-year old Paul Story was westbound when he had a mechanical issue with the vehicle causing him unable to steer properly. An investigation determined the vehicle reportedly exited the roadway before hitting a culvert and going airborne. The vehicle came to rest against a tree.
Story was transported to Caldwell County Medical Center to be evaluated.
