Larry Gene McClusky, age 71, of Eddyville, passed away Friday, June 23, 2023, at Baptist Health Paducah.
Larry was born February 26, 1952, to the late Murray Gene and Verniece Thompson McClusky. He enjoyed canoeing, kayaking, fishing, cooking, telling tall tales, hunting, and spending time with his grandchildren. Larry was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Mary Roland McClusky of Eddyville; daughter, Linda (Jason) Berry of Georgetown, KY; son, Nathan (Missy) Way of Marion, KY; sister, Pam (Paul) Vandendorpe of Evansville, IN; five grandchildren, Tanner Gene Way, Maxwell Joseph Berry, Charles Edward Berry, Chaylee Dae Wolf, and Tucker James Atchison; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Terri DeNeal.
Visitation will be held from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm Saturday, July 1, 2023, at Lakeland Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, July 1, 2023, at Lakeland Funeral Home with Deacon Paul Bachi officiating. Military Honors will be observed following the funeral service.
