The Caldwell County Water District will close a portion of Goodsprings Road Thursday to make repairs.
The department said the closure would be at the intersection with Grey Road and that it would be temporary and intermittent. Officials added that drivers should plan for delays in the area and to use an alternate route.
The department said they regret the inconvenience and plan to complete the work as quickly as possible.
