A Princeton man who was on probation for previous felony offenses was arrested and charged with tampering with physical evidence Tuesday afternoon.
Princeton Police say 23-year old Chance Willis was taken into custody after officers responded to the Probation and Parole Office around 3:45 p.m. for a complaint that he came in for a drug screen and was found to have a bottle of urine hidden on him. Willis reportedly told officers that he was going to try to use the urine to pass the drug test.
Willis was lodged in the Caldwell County Jail. According to the jail’s website, he was also charged with probation violation.
