An Indiana man was arrested Friday night and charged with a second offense of DUI in Kuttawa.
After receiving a complaint from Kentucky State Police, Lyon County Sheriff Brent White responded to a business on Days Inn Drive in Kuttawa where found several people who gave him a description of the suspicious male that had been reported as extremely intoxicated. White says as he drove around the business he located a truck in the parking lot that was being driven by 28-year old Dale R. Turley of Mishawaka, Indiana. Turley was reportedly extremely intoxicated and was arrested and charged with DUI-2nd offense. She was lodged in the Crittenden County Detention Center.
