Dixie D. McDonald, age 86 of Eddyville, died at 6:50 pm Sunday, July 23, 2023, at her home in Eddyville.
She was preceded in death by her husband Robert (Bob) McDonald in 2016. Her parents were Howard and Helen Murray Welcher.
Survivors include one daughter Melodie Matter of Eddyville, one son Robert B. McDonald Jr. and wife Angela of McDonough, GA, two grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and special friends God son Mark Bridges and wife Carol and the family of Eddyville.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 am Saturday, July 29, 2023, at Hickory Grove Cemetery in Old Eddyville, with Rev. Steve McVay officiating. Visitation will be held for one hour beginning at 6:00 pm Friday at Dunn’s Funeral Home.
