A Princeton man was arrested on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on a felony charge.
According to Assistant Police Chief Shane Allison, 43-year old Jason Dearing was taken into custody shortly before 12:30 Tuesday afternoon on a Caldwell County Bench Warrant in connection to a first-degree sexual abuse charge.
Dearing was indicted on the felony charge by the Caldwell County Grand Jury in April of 2021.
