Caldwell Animal Shelter Faces Growing Crisis Due To Overcrowding

The issue of overcrowding in animal shelters and rescues has escalated both nationally and within local communities, including Caldwell County.
Director Jess Smith of the Caldwell County Animal Shelter says they are currently over max capacity with more than 80 dogs and puppies in an 18-kennel facility.
