The local library will be celebrating National Friends of the Library week with several special activities planned the week of October 16th.
Nichelle Faughn, director of the George Coon Public Library, says the theme for the week is “Friend of Your Library” and will include a Scavenger Hunt inside the library with a Chautauqua speaker scheduled on Tuesday.
