Due to a leak on the main line, the Caldwell County Water District has issued a boil water advisory for 87 of its customers.
The boil water advisory went into effect at 10:50 Friday morning for the following customers:
Alexander Road
Amon Lisanby Road
Amon Lisanby Spur Road
Chickasaw Drive
Fowler Ridge Road
Island Cove Lane
Rottweiler Lane
The boil water advisory is in effect until further notice.
When a boil water advisory is issued affected customers should heat the water until bubbles come from the bottom of the pot to the top. Once the water reaches a rolling boil, let it boil for 1 minute, and then let it cool before consumption.
