Melissa “Missy” Ann Joyce Du Fay, age 55 of Eddyville Ky, passed away on Saturday, October 21, 2023 at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah.
She was affectionately known as “Mamma Bear” by her loving husband. Born February 12, 1968, she was the daughter of the late James Bradley Taylor and Doris Jean Joyce McLeod and adopted father Billy Ray McLeod.
She is survived by her husband Ray Du Fay of Eddyville, one sister Carolyn McLeod of Salem KY, one step son Travis Ehrlich of Princeton KY, grandson Hunter Ehrlich of Calvert City KY, and one brother in-law Russell McCarthy.
Visitation will be from 12:00 noon till 4:00 pm Friday October 27, 2023 at Dunn’s Funeral Home in Eddyville. Funeral service will immediately follow at 4:00 pm with Rev. Joseph Uzzle officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to Dunn’s Funeral Home.
