In 1931, an annex was built onto the Sanctuary, and in 1946 the building was reconstructed. The church was reportedly torn down due to a leaking roof, a crumbling foundation, an out-of-service restroom, and rotting floors.
Now, Rev. Traylor says they are in the early stages of rebuilding Spillman Chapel.
