Caldwell County Jail Inmates to Receive Christmas Meal and Gift Bags

Inmates incarcerated at the Caldwell County Jail will receive a Christmas meal and gift bags this year, thanks to a collaboration between Green Hill Baptist Church and Where New Beginnings Start in Princeton.
Stephanie Boaz, a board-certified Christian Life Coach/Counselor and Batterer Intervention Provider is the owner of Where New Beginnings Start. In 2022, she partnered with the Caldwell County Jail to provide a new program offering hope and a new beginning for inmates who are released back into society.
Boaz, who is also a member of Green Hill Baptist Church, said the idea of gift bags came about after her pastor asked if there was something they could do for the inmates at the local jail. She explained that her church recognizes that some inmates lack family or financial means to purchase additional items while incarcerated, and the church wanted to offer assistance.
According to Boaz, she has compiled a list of items for gift bags, ensuring that the inmates receive something for Christmas.
