A Celebration of Life service for Betty Jane Martin, age 82, of Princeton will be held Friday afternoon at one at Morgan’s Funeral Home with entombment to follow at Rock Spring Methodist Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Thursday evening from four until eight at the funeral home.
Betty was a self-employed hairdresser for fifty-six years and a member of Rock Spring Methodist Church.
She is survived by her sister: Mary Frances Moreland and husband, Jim, of Caldwell County; three nieces: Lindy Holloway of Caldwell County, Suzy Rogers and husband, Larry Dale, of Cerulean, and Jayne Steverson and husband, Todd, of Louisville; two nephews: Nicky Dunbar and wife, Pam, and Benjie Dunbar and wife, Carol, both of Caldwell County; six great-nieces, four great-nephews, three great-great-nieces, and four great-great-nephews.
During this difficult time staff at Morgan’s Funeral Home are asking all who wish to attend the visitation or celebration of life services to please adhere to social distancing mandates and keep a minimum of six feet distancing while in the facility. Those who wish may show their support by joining the “Hugs from Home” program where their message will be attached to a balloon in the chapel to remind the family of their love and support.
