Princeton Man Charged With Terroristic Threatening And Resisting Arrest

A Princeton man was charged after he allegedly threatened to shoot another man Thursday morning.

Assistant Princeton Police Chief Shane Allison reports officers responded to Trice-Hughes just before noon where a male subject told them that 42-year old Scottie Hollowell had threatened to shoot him. After officers made contact with Hollowell, he was arrested and charged with third-degree terroristic threatening, second-degree disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Allison says after officers requested a search warrant for the vehicle that Hollowell was driving when he arrived at Trice-Huges, they seized a handgun.

Hollowell was also charged with possession of a handgun by a convicted felon. He was lodged in the Caldwell County Jail.
