Despite losing some of its older members, the Caldwell County 4-H program is still experiencing growth, according to local agent Rhonda Jewell.
The Caldwell County 4-H Program provides a range of opportunities for youth aged 9-18, fostering positive youth development experiences. Additionally, the program offers Clover Bud activities specifically designed for youth aged 5-8. Once an individual reaches the age of 19, they are no longer eligible to participate as a member but are welcome to become a volunteer in the 4-H program.
Jewell said the Caldwell County program is experiencing a loss of a few 4-H members as they age out of the program.
