An Illinois man was extradited to Caldwell County in connection to an alleged rape in 2022.
Princeton Assistant Police Chief Shane Allison reports that the 33-year old man of Wayne City was taken into custody around 2:45 Tuesday afternoon on a Caldwell County Arrest Warrant charging him with second-degree rape and first-degree unlawful transaction with a minor.
He says the charges stem from an investigation from July 2022 where Brown allegedly raped a 13-year old girl at the Faith Apostolic Church.
