A Dawson Springs business owner and a staff member of Murray State University are among Governor Andy Beshear’s recent appointments to Kentucky boards and commissions.
Lindsey Morgan, the owner of Beauty Shop on the Square in Dawson Springs, was appointed to the Kentucky Board of Cosmetology to represent salon owners. Her term will expire February 1, 2026.
In addition to Morgan’s appointment, the Governor reappointed Angela Lampe of Murray as a member of the Historic Properties Advisory Commission to serve a term expiring August 11, 2027. Lampe is the facilities management construction and design associate director at Murray State University.
