Lyon County Trespassing Complaint Leads To Arrest Of Benton Man

A trespassing complaint in Lyon County last week led to the arrest of a Benton man on drug and weapon charges.

Sheriff Brent White responded to the complaint around 4:45 Monday afternoon off Bill Thompson Road. He says when he made contact with 44-year old Jesse Moore, he was found to be on private property without permission.

Moore was taken into custody and charged with second-degree criminal trespassing, possession of meth and drug paraphernalia, and carrying a concealed handgun. He was lodged in the Crittenden County Detention Center.
