George Coon Public Library Welcomes Back Programs

The George Coon Public Library is excited to announce the return of programs this month, along with a brand new program for knitting, crocheting, and cross-stitch enthusiasts.

According to library Director Nichelle Faughn and Programming Coordinator Rebecca Poole, in charge of programming, order forms are now available for the Seed Program.

Additionally, the library provides garden tool kits that are available for checkout.

click to download audioFaughn and Poole also revealed that some programs are making a comeback this year, including Brick Builders, an after-school program set to resume on Tuesday, March 26th.

click to download audioShe mentioned that Brick Builders will take place in March, April, and May on the last Tuesday of each month at 4 pm.

Furthermore, Bingo will make its return on Tuesday, March 26th at 6 pm.

She mentioned that once or twice a month, they want to designate a specific day and time for individuals who enjoy knitting, crocheting, cross-stitching, or any other form of stitching to gather at the library to socialize and share their knowledge.
