During the fiscal court meeting on Friday, Caldwell County Clerk Jennifer Hale revealed some changes for the upcoming May Primary Election.
The county utilized the Southside Baptist Church Life Center as its central voting center last year. However, due to a prior booking, Hale disclosed that the central voting center will be relocated to the Butler Gymnasium.
click to download audioIn addition, Hale announced that the election board has opted to designate all polling locations as vote centers to enhance accessibility for registered voters to participate in casting their ballot.
click to download audioHale stated that the Primary Election is scheduled for Tuesday, May 21st, with voting hours from 6 am to 6 pm. Additionally, early no-excuse voting will commence five days before the election day.
